Google Profile 增加默认图片

Blogoscoped 论坛的 hebbet 发现 Google 给用户的 Google Profile 新增了一个头像.如果用户选择不用图片的话,就会出现这个图片.说实话,这个头像真不怎么样,尤其是眼睛,论坛里也有人说这是 Google 鼓励用户上传头像,不要用默认图片而使出的一招.
